  • How can I pay Billit invoices via direct debit?

    Would you like to pay your Billit invoices automatically through direct debit? You can easily arrange this by contacting our support team via the ‘Help’ button in your Billit platform.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Click the ‘Help’ button at the bottom left of your Billit platform.
    2. Select the category ‘License’.
    3. In step 2, enter Request for direct debit as the title.
    4. In the ‘Question / Issue’ field, mention your company number.
    5. Click ‘Next’ to submit your request.

    After we receive your message, we will send you a direct debit authorization form. Once we have received the signed document, all future invoices will be paid automatically via direct debit.
