  • How can I terminate or change my Billit license and/or account?

    Do you want to switch to a different license type or cancel your current Billit license? Follow the steps below.

    Adjusting your Billit license
    You can change your current license to another paid plan at any time. Here’s how:

    1. Go to the menu ‘Settings’ > ‘License’
    2. At the top left, select your preferred billing period: Month, Quarter, or Year.
    3. Choose the desired license and click ‘Confirm’

    Depending on your selection, there are 2 scenarios:

    • You choose a cheaper license:
      The change will take effect after your current (already paid) license period ends.
    • You choose a more expensive license:
      You will immediately receive an invoice for the difference between your current and new license, and gain immediate access to the higher document volume of the new plan.

    Note: You can only switch to a cheaper license if your usage in the previous month was within the limits of the new, cheaper license.

    Cancelling your Billit license
    If you wish to cancel your license entirely, you can do so easily via the settings:

    1. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘License’.
    2. Click the ‘Cancel’ button on the right side of the page.
    3. Confirm your choice.

    Note: After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further invoices will be issued after this period.
